I have a longstanding relationship with this amazing co-operative. I’ve produced their Annual Report and Half Yearly Report for the past three years, as well as being drafted in to support on their CSR Report, member comms and ad hoc copy work. 

They know me as a safe pair of hands who’ll get the job done with minimal fuss and deliver an end product that has maximum impact. And I’m pretty OK with that.

I’ve worked across numerous teams at The Open University, working both on a retainer and by project basis. I started out supporting their social media team before moving into their marketing department where I craft conversion emails to help them turn prospects into students.

I’ve also worked on a few shorter-term projects like standardising the structure and revamping the copy on their Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences site, which you can view below.

I worked with the team at Alzheimer’s Society to create brand-compliant key messages, leaflet copy and social media content. The aim of the messaging was to attract volunteers to get involved with two new initiatives they were kicking off.

Bhavini is a graphic designer who’s obsessed with colour, coffee and breaking design rules. I loved working with her to produce the copy for her website, reflecting her passion for her craft and her off-centre approach to branding.

When Buckinghamshire Building Society contacted me and told me about their mortgage products, giving people with less than perfect credit histories and the newly self-employed the chance to own their own homes, I couldn’t wait to get stuck in. I produced a suite of B2B adverts for them for a print publication which raised an “it looks fabulous” from the client.

Ian contacted me when he was preparing to launch a coaching and peer mentoring business to support people affected by life changing trauma. Ian is a great writer and had produced large chunks of copy for his new website. I worked closely with him to edit the copy down, organise his thoughts, create powerful headlines and devise a logical site structure.
